Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Multan Plant seeks an experienced Admin & Facilities Manager to oversee diverse support services including canteen, residences, laundry, transport fleet, and events management.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of services and cost effectiveness. The candidate should bring 5+ years in similar admin roles, strong knowledge of labor laws, and experience handling unionized staff.

Qualifications

• Masters/BBA with HR focus or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years in a similar admin/support role.
• Experience leading admin/support operations in MNC environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract review capabilities.
• Knowledge of Local & International labor laws and human rights policies.
• Experience handling unionized staff / CBA.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin procurement: quotes, PR creation, PO follow-up, GRN creation.
• Review vendor contracts with Global Procurement and ensure terms.
• Lead scrap & waste management across plant operations.
• Manage employee transportation and fleet, including outsourced services.
• Oversee laundry, uniform management, and canteen operations.
• Coordinate monthly sampling/quota and festival refreshments.
• Manage day care, safety, health, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee plant emergency services and liaison with HSE and medical team.
• Organize events and manage visitor logistics.
• Support acquisition of rented properties, generators, and storage containers.
• Maintain assets inventory and CAPEX/OPEX recording and disposal.
• Collaborate with ER & compliance on welfare initiatives.
• Liaise with union/CBA and address employee issues promptly.
• Maintain relations with Multan Industrial Estate for approvals.
• Identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Champion facilities automation across Sundar & Multan Plant.
