Job summary

Motive in Pakistan seeks an Employee Relations Partner to advise business leaders and HR, championing a fair, unbiased resolution of workplace concerns. You will lead investigations end-to-end, from intake to resolution, maintaining neutrality and thoroughness across cases including rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.

Reporting to the Sr. HRBP Director, you will partner with Legal and HRBPs to design ER processes, facilitate open-door policies, and drive improvements while mediating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in the HRBP domain, with at least 3+ years in employee relations and/or labor relations.
• Conflict management: de-escalation and guiding parties toward resolution.
• Employment law knowledge of Pakistan is a strong plus.
• Clear, empathetic communicator capable of building trust.

Responsibilities

• Own the investigation process end-to-end from intake to resolution with thorough documentation.
• Investigate cases across human rights, workplace rights, conduct, safety, and attendance.
• Maintain meticulous investigation logs and records.
• Facilitate open-door processes and address formal complaints with impartiality.
• Partner with Legal and HRBPs to design ER processes and tools, and mentor teams.
• Participate in mediation or ADR to reach fair outcomes.
