Job summary

The Citizen Foundation in Karachi seeks a Donor Relations Officer to cultivate and steward relationships with donors and volunteers, ensuring timely reporting and appropriate recognition. You will develop action plans to engage donors at various levels and coordinate visits to TCF operations.

Work closely with the donor services team to issue receipts, share progress updates, and align activities with the fundraising plan. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in donor relations or fundraising is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Actively develop and manage excellent relationships with an agreed portfolio of donors/volunteers.
• Undertake timely administration to capture knowledge of donors/prospects.
• Develop and implement action plans to engage and nurture donors to contribute at agreed levels.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within TCF.
• Present TCF proposals to donors or prospects.
• Coordinate donor visits to TCF operations and arrange volunteer activities and community service programs.
• Input into and align with the donor strategic and fundraising plan and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of funding priorities and TCF products available.
• Work with donor services to issue receipts and timely report backs to donors.
