Standard Chartered is seeking a senior Priority Banking leader to expand a wealthy client portfolio, deepen relationships, and drive sustainable revenue across banking and wealth products. The role emphasizes governance, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in Priority/Affluent Banking with a successful track record in sales leadership, portfolio growth, and advisory capabilities across wealth and banking products.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Priority Banking, Affluent Banking, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking sales leadership.
• Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client portfolios and delivering revenue targets.
• Strong expertise in wealth management, investments, deposits, liabilities, and advisory solutions.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth of Priority Banking through acquisition, retention, and deepening client relationships.
• Deliver sustainable growth in liabilities (CASA), deposits, investments, and profitability.
• Develop client acquisition and relationship strategies for emerging affluent and private banking clients.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the bank's product portfolio.
• Build strong relationships, acting as trusted advisor for financial needs.
• Champion exceptional client experience through proactive relationship management.
• Monitor market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, risk management, governance, and policies.
• Drive portfolio performance through disciplined business management.
