Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Implement localized sales strategies to drive portfolio growth and acquire high-value customers.
• Relationship Management: Oversee the complete customer journey and ensure a personalized, seamless experience for Priority clients.
• Sales Pipeline Leadership: Guide the sales team in developing a strong pipeline, improving lead generation, and achieving cross-selling targets across banking products.
• Team Development: Mentor, manage, and develop sales and service professionals while fostering a customer-focused, high-performance culture.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high service standards.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor KPIs and introduce continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Priority Lounge productivity and profitability.
