Nova Finance in Lahore is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Digital Lending to lead end-to-end lending operations on-site. The role requires 6–10 years of fintech experience and a hands-on, business-focused mindset.

You will oversee CRM and reporting tools, manage customer care and collections teams, monitor KPIs, and drive data-driven process improvements through automation and analytics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in fintech, digital lending or app-based financial services.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, reporting tools, Excel, Power BI and preferably SQL.
• Experience managing operational teams, including customer support and/or collections.
• Good understanding of mobile app workflows, system integrations and incident management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and people management skills.
• Business-oriented, technically capable and comfortable working hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end mobile lending operations: registration, KYC, scoring, disbursement, repayment and collections.
• Oversee Customer Care and Collections teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs, conversion funnels, productivity and service quality.
• Identify and resolve process failures, app-related issues and operational bottlenecks in coordination with IT, Product and Risk teams.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation, process optimization and data-driven decisions.
• Develop management reports, dashboards and performance analytics.
