Job summary

Jotun Paints Pakistan (Private) Limited in Lahore is seeking a Sales Executive to support the Regional Sales Manager by promoting decorative products and building strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet budgeted sales and margins. You will visit customers, coordinate marketing campaigns, manage collections to maintain cash flow, and utilize CRM to track data.

A bachelor's degree and at least three years of retail sales experience are required, along with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or related field required.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
Strong command of MS Office required.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell decorative products within assigned customers and territories through regular visits and relationship building.
Support sales targets by implementing company sales policies and coordinating marketing activities and campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, provide excellent service, and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely deliveries, quality customer service, and efficient execution of business processes.
Manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow, use CRM to maintain customer data, and identify growth opportunities within the territory.
