Job summary

Jotun Paints Pakistan (Private) Limited in Lahore is seeking a Sales professional to support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling decorative products to new and existing customers. You will develop strong relationships, utilize CRM, and drive targets for market growth and profitability.

The role offers regular contract in full-time format, with opportunities for career development and in-house training through the Jotun Academy.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience.
Must hold a bachelor's degree in related field preferable Sale & Marketing.
Strong command on MS Office.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell decorative products within assigned customers and territories through regular visits, relationship building, and market intelligence gathering.
Support sales targets by implementing company sales policies and coordinating marketing activities and campaigns.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients, provide excellent service, and effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely deliveries, quality customer service, and efficient execution of business processes.
Manage collections to maintain healthy cash flow, actively use CRM to maintain customer data, and conduct market audits to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
