Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in office furniture, commercial interiors, fit-out solutions, construction, or related industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Achieve assigned sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and growth.
