Job summary

Avery Dennison seeks a Senior Customer Service Officer to support customers by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints. The role collaborates across sales, order entry, finance, and operations to manage accounts and ensure timely resolution.

You will coordinate with sales and production to ensure timely delivery, respond promptly by email and phone, maintain updated customer profiles, and comply with ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–5 years of experience handling corporate customers.
• Strong active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• High empathy, patience, responsiveness and emotional intelligence.
• Uncompromised integrity and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, production and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
