Job summary

Avery Dennison in Karachi, Pakistan, is seeking a Senior Officer Dispatch to oversee daily local, upcountry, and export dispatch operations, manage warehousing activities, and ensure stock accuracy.

The role requires hands-on ERP/WMS experience (DNs, invoices, stock ledger) and strong vendor relationships with logistics providers. You will enforce safety standards, drive cost savings, and lead dispatch staff to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in dispatch, logistics and warehouse management with exports.
• Experience with ERP/WMS (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics) for invoices and DN processing.
• Advanced MS Excel for data reporting and inventory analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily local, upcountry, and export dispatch operations.
• Manage warehousing activities and stock accuracy.
• Execute ERP transactions: Delivery Notes, invoices, stock movements.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors, shipping lines, and forwarders.
• Enforce safety standards and drive cost savings.
• Lead training and supervision of dispatch staff.
