Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects aligned with business goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, reporting to the Manager Engineering & Projects.

The role emphasizes facility project lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with responsibilities across procurement, production, and logistics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret machine manuals and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of LOTO, electrical and machine safety procedures; familiarity with CAPEX/OPEX management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams.
• Manage lifecycle of facility projects from design through construction and handover.
• Track milestones, maintain documentation, and report progress to leadership.
• Identify risks and develop practical solutions to keep projects on schedule.
