Job summary

Mashreq Pakistan is seeking a skilled AML Transaction Monitoring and CDD professional to support the MLRO function and ensure compliance with SBP AML/CFT/CPF regulations and Mashreq Group standards. The role focuses on reviewing alerts, conducting investigations, and maintaining robust documentation within case management systems.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics, 3–4 years in AML and CDD, and a CAMS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in AML Transaction Monitoring and CDD reviews.
• CAMs certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze alerts generated by AML Transaction Monitoring systems for retail and business customers.
• Conduct initial investigations, gather documentation, and determine alert disposition.
• Escalate potential suspicious activity for STR/SAR consideration.
• Ensure timely completion of alerts within defined SLAs and maintain quality.
