Job summary

Sastaticket is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to elevate our brand across campaigns, content, and digital channels. You’ll own creative from concept to delivery, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to shape visuals that drive action.

Bring 2–5 years of design experience, a strong portfolio, and fluency with Adobe Creative Suite. You’ll push brand standards, craft motion content for social platforms, and help build AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design or content production experience.
• Portfolio showing original campaign thinking and motion/video work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong visual hierarchy, typography, colour, and brand systems.
• Experience creating short-form video and platform-native content.

Responsibilities

• Develop campaign concepts and high-quality visual content across static, motion, video, social, performance marketing, email, web.
• Translate objectives into compelling visual stories that strengthen the brand.
• Create and edit short-form video, animations, and motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Maintain brand consistency across typography, colour, visual hierarchy, tone, and design quality.
• Partner with Marketing, Content, Product, and Commercial teams to shape creative direction early.
• Manage multiple creative projects with priorities, timelines, reviews, and quality control.
• Use audience insight and platform trends to improve creative decisions.
• Improve workflows with better processes, reusable systems, automation, and AI tools.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers.
