Job summary

i2c Inc is seeking a senior leader to steer the strategic direction of our creative and development teams, encompassing UI/UX, frontend, backend, motion, video and branding.

You will mentor 80+ staff across product design, engineering, and creative operations, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Solutions and Marketing for unified execution and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Design, Computer Science or related.
• 15+ years in creative/product leadership with cross-functional team management.
• Proven ability to lead both creative and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and manage 80+ staff across product design, engineering, and creative operations.

We are looking for

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s in Design, Computer Science or related

Experience

15+ years in creative and product experience leadership roles with cross-functional team management.

Skills

• Strong leadership in both creative and engineering environment
• Deep expertise in UI/UX design, motion storytelling, branding, and product experience
• Experience with video editing (Premiere, DaVinci), 3D/motion pipelines
• Hands-on understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, After Effects) and dev tools (Git, CI/CD, DevOps)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment across business and tech
• Strong decision-making under pressure with a growth and innovation mindset
