You will build brand systems, identity work and campaign assets, turn a positioning line into attention‑grabbing creative, and ensure brand consistency across every asset we ship.

In a small senior team you work directly with the founder and clients from scope through to production in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing both identity work and campaign execution.
• Strong typography is essential and the fastest tell.
• Able to work with brand guidelines as well as your own.
• Motion or video editing is a bonus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Build brand systems: identity, type, colour, and the rules that keep them intact.
• Produce campaign and social creative that holds up at thumbnail size.
• Turn a positioning line into something people actually stop for.
• Keep a client’s brand consistent across every asset we ship for them.
