Job description

• Deep command of design principles: typography, color theory, grid systems, visual hierarchy, and composition.
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals: user-centered thinking, interaction patterns, and information architecture.
• Lead and inspire the design team in creating innovative, on-brand visual solutions across all company materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity system, including guidelines for color, typography, iconography, storyboards and presentations.
• Ensure all design output aligns with brand guidelines and communicates a cohesive, purposeful message.
• Actively contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and push the team toward breakthrough concepts.
• Conceptualize and produce visually engaging graphics across print, digital, social media, and product surfaces.
• Own end-to-end visual design for key projects — from wireframes and mood boards through to polished final assets.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for image generation, manipulation, retouching, and rapid concept. Ability to craft effective prompts for image and content generation workflows.
• Partner with marketing, product, content, and engineering teams to deliver visual assets aligned to strategic objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization, clear communication, and on-time delivery.
• Lead design reviews, present concepts to senior stakeholders, and iterate based on structured feedback.
• Collaborative team player and confident independent contributor; comfortable context-switching between both modes.
• Proactive learner who tracks industry trends, emerging tools, and shifts in visual culture to keep the team ahead of the curve.
• Strong attention to detail with a quality bar that does not waver under deadline pressure.
• Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on craft, process, and professional growth.
