Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to craft branding and digital design across social, web, and campaign materials. You will translate briefs into compelling visuals, ensuring brand consistency and high quality across all assets.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a plus), and a solid grasp of typography, color, and layout. Collaboration with marketing and product teams will be a key part of delivering impactful content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, 3+ years in agency or corporate environments.
• Strong portfolio showing branding and digital design expertise.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; After Effects is a plus.
• Solid typography, color theory, layout and digital production knowledge.
• Experience in technology or product-based companies with motion graphics exposure.
• Basic UI/UX understanding and ability to support performance marketing creatives.
• Strong ownership of brand quality and visual precision with attention to detail.
• Ability to balance creativity with business objectives and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design creatives for digital platforms, social media, web, campaigns, and presentations.
