Job summary

Bank of Punjab in Karachi seeks a Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking to act as a primary contact for corporate clients, manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves credit proposal preparation, cross-selling, and collaboration with Operations, Risk, Legal, and Transaction Banking teams.

You will lead a team of Relationship Associates to achieve targets and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Finance, Economics or Accounting majors.
• Minimum 6 years of banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients.
• Acquire and develop new corporate banking relationships.
• Understand clients’ banking and financial advisory requirements and develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare and submit credit proposals, memos, deferrals/waivers, limit extensions, and interim credit applications.
• Lead and manage Relationship Associates to support profitability and growth.
• Coordinate with Operations, Risk, Legal, and Transaction Banking teams.
