Job summary

The Bank of Punjab is seeking a Relationship Officer – Transaction Banking Sales (South) to maintain client records, prepare MIS reports, and support Relationship Managers in documentation and servicing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of banking experience, with opportunities within the Transaction Banking Division.

You will assist in completing client documentation per SOPs and perform day-to-day duties assigned by the Regional Head Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HEC-recognized) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant banking experience.
• Age up to 50 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and up-to-date client records, including physical and digital files.
• Prepare and update MIS reports covering portfolio performance, deposits, income, pipeline, and related metrics.
• Assist Relationship Managers in completing documentation for Transaction Banking Division clients according to SOPs.
• Support Relationship Managers in customer servicing and documentation-related follow-ups.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Regional Head Sales on a day-to-day basis.
