Job summary

Zones is seeking a Client Success Manager-3 to lead growth and retention for key accounts in the designated sales region. This senior role coordinates operations resources and manages client relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and satisfaction.

As a CSM-3, you will support Zones Field Account Executives, onboard new clients, manage pricing programs, inventory, returns, escalations, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order management and customer service
• Familiarity with order fulfillment and corporate purchasing
• Attention to detail and delivering accurate results
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle high inbound inquiries
• Strong customer focus with 5-Star service

Responsibilities

• Developing existing clients
• Onboarding new clients in the designated sales region
• Lead follow-up to convert MQLs into SQLs
• Coordinate with internal teams for deployments and inventory
• Manage day-to-day client facing tasks and communications
• Maintain up-to-date SOPs and Knowledge Base Articles
