Job summary

Zones IT Solutions is looking for a Client Success Manager-3 in Islamabad to drive growth and retention of existing accounts while overseeing onboarding and new business opportunities. You will coordinate with field teams, manage escalations, and ensure high-quality service delivery across client accounts.

As a senior CSM, you will support Zones Field Account Executives, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory planning, and timely communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in order management and customer service.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment and corporate purchasing.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound inquiries.
• 5-Star customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Developing existing clients
• Onboarding new clients in the designated sales region via digital tools
• Same day Lead follow ups to convert MQLs into SQLs
• Staffing opportunity coordination between Client and Partner
• Back Up AM Coverage: Providing coverage for a variety of clients in the Sales region/division
• Coordinate with PK CSM-1 team for any burst help needed
• Client Relationship Management: Own day-to-day client relationships on supported accounts, allowing Sales to focus on strategic matters
• Pricing Program Management: Partner with OEMs and PPM to maintain client pricing programs
• Inventory Management: Manage run-rate inventory, forecast meetings, and ensure stock standards are met
• Returns Management: Oversee the full returns lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Zones’ return policies
• Escalation Management: Act as the first point of contact for client escalations
• Task and Mail Management: Oversee task timelines and manage communications through internal and external emails
• Back-Up Account Management: Ensure up-to-date SOPs and Knowledge Base Articles for supported accounts
