• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for quantity takeoffs and cost planning.
• Thorough knowledge of materials, specifications, and measurement standards to optimize project expenditure.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings to prepare quantity takeoffs and BOQs.
• Perform detailed cost estimation, rate analysis, and material quantity calculations.
• Prepare, verify, and certify interim payment claims and certificates.
• Administer variation orders and manage claims related to contract changes and delays.
• Apply FIDIC contract conditions and extension of time considerations.
• Coordinate and document cost-related activities for management reporting.
• Conduct site measurements and validate quantities against drawings.
• Contribute to tender documents and bid evaluation processes.
• Maintain cost control records using MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve discrepancies.
