Job summary

induscon is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for Civil construction and highway projects in Lahore. The role focuses on measurements, payments justification, and maintaining IPC/ EPC records. You will lead cost estimation tasks and supervise ongoing projects with a senior team.

Ideal candidates hold a DAE (Civil) or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with 10–12 years of SQS/QS experience on national highways, and 12–15 years overall construction experience.

Qualifications

• DAE (Civil) or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with relevant approvals.
• 12–15 years general experience in construction & supervision projects.
• 10–12 years relevant experience as SQS/QS on National Highways projects.

Responsibilities

• Check records detailing measurements and calculations used to justify payments.
• Maintain records of contractor IPCs/EPCs including financials.
• Prepare IPCs, Billing, Rate Analysis, Tendering, Value Engineering, Pre-qualification.
