Job summary

Pintern in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will hold a DAE (Civil) or Bachelor’s Degree and bring at least 15 years of experience in estimation, BOQs, billing and finishing projects, with strong numerical and analytical abilities.

You will prepare cost estimates, manage contractor billing, monitor project costs and coordinate with site and accounts teams to maintain accurate cost records.

Qualifications

• DAE (Civil) or Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in estimation, BOQs, billing and finishing projects.
• Experience with cost estimation, cost control and variations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and BOQs.
• Manage contractor/subcontractor billing and verify measurements.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and variation orders.
