Job summary

Rehman Habib Consultants Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quantities, take-offs, cost estimation and billing documentation for construction projects. You will prepare detailed BOQs, conduct on-site measurements, verify progress and assist in interim payments and final bills.

The role requires a DAE in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of QS experience, especially in civil infrastructure. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is desirable, with strong numerical and documentation skills

Qualifications

• DAE in Civil Engineering (minimum).
• 2–3 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in civil projects (dams, canals, irrigation, roads or infrastructure) preferred.
• Proficiency in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs and site measurements.
• Strong numerical, analytical and documentation skills; able to coordinate with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material calculations from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for civil works.
• Conduct site measurements and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare interim payment applications and assist running bills.
• Monitor quantities and variations between estimates and actuals.
• Assist in cost estimates, rate analysis, and budget calculations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project management and consultants.
• Maintain records of material consumption and progress.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure quantity calculation accuracy.
• Assist in final bills and project completion documentation.
