Job summary

AllZone Tech in Lahore is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to lead outreach, drive client acquisition, and mentor a BD team. The role requires strong LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, proposal writing, discovery sessions, and contract negotiations.

You will craft strategies to grow the business, build client relationships, and collaborate across internal teams. Ideal candidates have IT/software industry exposure and a proactive mindset with strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, particularly via LinkedIn and conventional methods.
• Strong background in email marketing, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
• Experience in discovery sessions and contract negotiations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to guide and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in the IT/software industry (preferred, not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn and traditional BD channels.
• Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
• Lead and mentor a team of BD executives to maximize outreach and conversions.
• Create impactful email marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.
• Draft tailored proposals and RFPs aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals reflect company capabilities.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client goals and challenges.
• Present services, solutions, and value propositions to close deals.
• Lead contract negotiations and finalize business agreements.
• Track and report BD performance metrics, including lead conversion and revenue growth.
• Continuously refine BD processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
