Job summary

Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is seeking a results-oriented professional for an onsite full-time role in Lahore. You will lead LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation, building targeted lists and running personalized outreach campaigns.

You will also manage CRM workflows, screen clients, and coordinate with the technical team to convert conversations into meetings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io, plus strong

• 2+ years experience in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation.
• Proficiency with Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io.
• Experience with CRM and lead-management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available onsite for the stated night shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM).

Location: Lake City, Lahore

Job Type: Full-time, Onsite

Experience required: 2+ years specifically in LinkedIn outreach and B2B lead generation and client communication

Salary: 70k to 100k

Gender Preference: Male

Requirements:

• Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospecting
• Hands‑on knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io and Hunter.io
• Experience using CRM and lead‑management tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Confidence in handling client screening and introductory calls
• Good understanding of web development, mobile applications, AI automation, SaaS and software development services
• Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them clearly
• Target‑oriented, organized, consistent and able to work independently
• Must be available onsite from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
