AWL Agri Business Group is seeking an experienced boiler operator to operate and monitor high- and low-pressure boiler systems at our facility. The role requires regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of boilers and auxiliary equipment, while ensuring compliance with safety and boiler codes.

You will monitor gauges and control systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain detailed logs of operating conditions and inspections.

• Proven ability to operate and monitor boiler systems.
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor boiler systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and clean boilers and pumps/valves.
• Monitor gauges and control systems to keep optimal parameters.
• Follow safety, environmental, and boiler codes.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
• Maintain logs of conditions, actions, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with IBR/ASME/OSHA standards.
• Assist boiler start-up and shutdown.
• Participate in emergency boiler response.
• Read manuals, blueprints, and P&IDs.
• Familiar with DCS/SCADA for boiler control.
