Job summary

Standard Chartered seeks a Senior Audit Manager for Transaction Banking Operations to lead end-to-end audits across the payments value chain. The role emphasizes risk-based assurance, governance, and collaboration with senior management to drive timely remediation.

The successful candidate will leverage data analytics and AI responsibly, perform evidence gathering, and communicate findings clearly to governance forums while maintaining independence.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal or external audit in banking or financial institutions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CISA, CIA or equivalent advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end risk-based audits across payments value chain per GIA methodology.
• Assess governance, risk management, controls and technology risks in operations and data flows.
• Develop concise audit issues with clear causes, risks and outcomes.
