Halan Microfinance Bank is seeking an Assistant Manager Internal Audit to plan, manage, and review comprehensive audits across operations, finance, and compliance. The candidate will oversee engagements from scoping through final reporting and coach staff to strengthen controls.

Responsibilities include leading audit teams, conducting branch and service-center audits, designing data samples, and ensuring compliance with SBP procedures and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred from reputable institute.
• CA Inter or ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Fraud Investigations, preferably in a bank.

Responsabilités

• Lead and collaborate with team members on audit engagements as scheduled.
• Audit branches/departments and service centers per annual plan.
• Design and prepare samples for field and operational audits.
