Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager Priority Banking to manage and develop relationships with high-profile clients, driving business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service. You will leverage wealth solutions and deposits experience to meet client needs and expand the portfolio.

The role emphasizes client acquisition, cross-selling, and migration to digital channels, requiring strong communication and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Affluent/Priority/HNI client relationships.
• Strong client acquisition, portfolio growth and relationship management.
• Experience in deposits, wealth/investment solutions and needs-based selling.
• Ability to deepen relationships, retain clients and identify new opportunities.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and client suitability.

Responsibilities

• Acquire New to Bank Priority Qualified Clients.
• Provide service to clients in assigned portfolio incl. dormancy removal and service requests.
• Cross-sell products to clients based on identified needs.
• Increase Wealth Management penetration by adding New to Wealth Clients.
• Migrate clients to digital channels for regular transactions.
• Consume and convert assigned leads.
• Maintain client contact per prescribed guidelines.
• Implement client journey interventions for Priority.
