Job summary

Mashreq in Pakistan is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to ensure end-to-end disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing and monitoring for Supply Chain and Factoring portfolios. You will work to meet SLA/TAT and zero-error standards while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the bank.

The role requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, hands-on use of CBS/Flex, SWIFT and UAEFTS, and strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–7 years in Supply Chain Factoring, Corporate Credit & Trade Finance Operations.
• Experience with multiple UATs, BRD prep and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of CBS/Flex, ELCM, SWIFT, UAEFTS, EDMS, LLOYDs, FIRCO and SCF/IMX/Kastle.
• Ability to learn new banking systems quickly and identify gaps.
• Experience with complex reconciliations between banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing and monitoring for Supply Chain and Factoring portfolios.
• Adhere to SOPs, Process Notes, and applicable policies with stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end portfolio management within SLA, TAT and accuracy targets.
• Review credit proposals and agreements for sanctions with no errors.
• Perform post-disbursement monitoring and exception handling with timely escalation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close exceptions and drive timely resolutions.
• Conduct daily reconciliations and publish status updates to management.
• Gain deep knowledge of trade cycles and screening for compliance (EDD).
• Operate various banking platforms (SWIFT/UAEFTS, etc.) and manage related UATs.
