HR Ways in Lahore is seeking a Senior Ads Manager to own a cluster of US-based paid media accounts. You will strategize, execute, optimize, and report on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, ensuring trackable results and transparent reporting.

You will manage a team of Paid Media Executives and Assistant Managers, drive budget decisions within client-approved limits, and lead regular performance calls with clients to optimize CPL and ROI.

Formación

• 6+ years hands-on in paid media in the USA market with 2+ years leading people.
• Deep command of GA4, GTM, attribution, and offline conversion tracking; Looker Studio reporting.
• English communication at a high proficiency; client-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy and results across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads for your cluster.
• Lead budget pacing, bid strategy, and performance within client-approved budgets.
• Run weekly/monthly performance calls; develop your team and implement structured testing.
