Master Group is seeking a detail-oriented Scrap Store Operator to support daily scrap store operations, including inward/outward movement, ERP transactions, documentation, and gate pass compliance. You will ensure accurate reconciliation, segregation by material type, and adherence to 5S, SOPs, HSE, and internal controls while coordinating with Store, Finance, Admin and other departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2–4 years' experience in scrap stores/warehouse

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain related field with relevant store/warehouse exposure.
• Experience in scrap/ stores operations or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP transactions, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Familiar with 5S, SOPs, gate passes, and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Ensure scrap quantities match ERP balances accurately.
• Follow SOPs and controls for all scrap movements and approvals.
• Prevent unauthorized scrap movement with strict controls.
• Segregate scrap by material type and category correctly.
• Post and report all scrap receipts, transfers, and disposals.
• Maintain audit-ready scrap documentation and records.
• Ensure timely and documented inward/outward scrap activities.
• Maximize scrap value through proper handling and disposal.
• Maintain safe scrap storage areas and zero incidents.
• Verify gate passes for all scrap dispatches.
