Job summary

Overjet is seeking a technically skilled Sales Ops/Systems Analyst to manage GTM platforms. You will own Salesforce health, build durable automations, and drive data integrity across tools like CPQ and Gong. Remote role outside the US, working PST-compatible hours from a time zone in Pakistan, Egypt, or the Philippines.

The candidate should own flows, validation rules, and reports, with 2+ years in a related role and a passion for AI-enabled GTM processes.

Qualifications

2+ years in a systems analyst, sales operations, or GTM tech role.
Hands-on Salesforce (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, permissions, data imports).
Experience troubleshooting integrations across CPQ, Gong, Chili Piper, and sales-engagement tools.
Exposure to Workato, Zapier, or n8n; interest in applying AI to GTM operations.

Responsibilities

Triages deal desk questions, opportunity routing, approvals, and access requests in Salesforce ecosystem.
Identifies recurring issues and ships durable fixes with proper documentation.
Owns GTM systems projects from intake to launch with no spec.
Maintains Salesforce as source of truth; data hygiene and data dictionary.
Manages user provisioning and access across GTM systems.
Creates SOPs and onboarding content to capture knowledge.
