Job summary

PRIME BPO in Rawalpindi is seeking a detail oriented Validator for the Medalert campaign. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with BPO experience who possess excellent communication skills and want to grow a career in the BPO industry.

You will validate sales, confirm client details, maintain records, and coordinate with sales and QA teams. Night shift, 10 hours per day, with uncapped bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of BPO experience as Validator on Medalert campaign
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Regular students are not eligible to apply

Responsibilities

• Validate sales made by closers on the Medalert campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm client information, shipping details, and medical alert device specifications professionally
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards
• Verify customer eligibility, billing information, and service agreement terms for medical alert systems
• Identify discrepancies and escape issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of validated orders
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Meet daily and weekly validation targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved
