Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of field sales management experience.
• Minimum five years as Training Manager.
• Experience with CRM systems and eLearning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the commercial training and capability strategy.
• Organize onboarding, product and disease knowledge, selling skills, and field coaching.
• Develop and manage annual training calendar and budget.
• Assess KPI gaps and implement targeted training interventions.
• Oversee launch readiness for new products and training materials.
