METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a Sales Capabilities Development professional to build and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales organization. You will design curricula, deliver materials, and ensure field adoption of selling skills across teams.

You will collaborate with sales leadership and the learning partner to assess needs, create targeted content, and drive onboarding of new sales staff. The role emphasizes coaching and measurable impact on performance.

Formación

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Builds a training strategy for the sales team.
• Designs, develops, and delivers training curriculum and materials for sales staff on products and selling skills.
• Maximizes OB / key account manager effectiveness by identifying gaps and addressing training needs.
• Creates evidence-based learning experiences that improve sales performance.
• Conducts learning needs assessments and builds content and curricula across roles with a sales focus.
• Delivers and tracks all training initiatives within deadlines and goals.
• Field coaching and on-the-job training to ensure skill application in the field.
• Conducts joint field visits with OB / KAM to assess performance and provide coaching.
• Promotes on-the-job coaching culture and supports managers with coaching plans.
• Leads onboarding for new sales employees with the talent team.
• Develops content with internal SMEs to create training programs and materials.
• Becomes an expert on Pakistan MDC and HoReCa strategy and translates it into sales modules.
