• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage an audience and maintain participation throughout training sessions.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and professional training sessions.
• Deliver engaging sales, product knowledge, and communication training.
• Train employees on sales methodologies, customer engagement, and objection handling.
• Develop training materials, presentations, and structured learning programs.
• Conduct practical exercises, role-plays, mock calls, and assessments.
• Evaluate employee performance and identify individual learning gaps.
• Provide constructive feedback, one‑on‑one coaching, and improvement strategies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure employees meet required performance standards.
• Develop employees from beginner to advanced levels through structured coaching.
• Maintain training records, assessments, and progress reports.
