Requirements & Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage an audience and maintain participation throughout training sessions.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, persuasion, and customer communication.
• Ability to assess individual performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
