MyDermaDream is seeking two Sales Team Leaders to coach and develop high-performing teams in Pakistan and Nigeria. You will lead, motivate, and measure performance to consistently exceed revenue targets, while recruiting and onboarding new agents.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive conversion, engagement, and accountability across the team. The role emphasizes coaching through objections, optimizing daily activity, and building a culture focused on results.

• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience analyzing performance data to drive improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, productivity, and conversion rates.
• Coach agents on communication, engagement, probing, objection handling, and closing.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
• Identify underperforming agents and implement improvement plans.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales agents.
• Track KPIs, call activity, sales results, and revenue generation.
• Build accountability and a culture of high performance.
• Help the team maximize sales revenue and meet targets.
