Job summary

Jotun Paints Pakistan (Private) Limited in Lahore seeks a Sales Development Manager to drive dealer network growth through structured training, coaching, and capability-building initiatives. You will equip dealers with product and market knowledge, develop learning materials, onboard new partners, and monitor performance to boost revenue and market presence.

Reporting to Head of Sales, you will lead dealer programs, develop first-year business plans, and coach teams to sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Sales Development.
• Strong business acumen to derive growth & profitability.
• Strong communicator to build and sustain dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a structured dealer training program with scheduling, tracking and evaluation.
• Equip dealers with product, technical and market knowledge to boost engagement and growth.
• Conduct internal training for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Develop and improve learning materials, tools and resources.
• Onboard new dealers, implement first-year plans, monitor performance and coach for growth.
