Job summary

CTO Recruiter in Karachi is seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our client’s team. You will coordinate sales processes and provide high-level executive support to the CEO.

The role requires 2–4 years in sales coordination or administration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills. You will manage quotations, orders, CRM data, and cross-department communications to keep the sales engine humming.

This is a full-time on-site position based in Karachi with salary based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–4 years in sales coordination, administration, or executive assistance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP software is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support: prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and proposals.
• Primary contact for customer inquiries, orders, deliveries and payments.
