Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in marketing within the building materials sector, with strong B2B experience and dealer network management. MBA preferred; based in Nooriabad, Pakistan.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in board sheets, gypsum sheets, tiles, construction materials, building products, or paint industry and strong knowledge of B2B marketing and dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement board products
• Identify new market opportunities and business segments
• Build and strengthen brand positioning in the construction materials market
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and branding initiatives
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Prepare product brochures, presentations, and technical materials
• Coordinate with technical and production teams
• Work closely with sales team to generate leads and support business development
• Develop dealer and distributor engagement programs
• Organize customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
• Develop relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and builders
• Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events, and seminars
• Oversee social media and online presence
• Plan promotional campaigns and product awareness initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 5-10 years of marketing experience (Preferably in Board, Gypsum Sheets, Cement, Cement Board, Building Materials, or paint Industry)
