• Understand client pain points related to billing, denials, cash flow, and revenue cycle management.
• Present UForce Solutions’ medical billing and RCM services clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule demos/meetings and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

UForce Solutions is a growing medical billing and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) company based in Lahore. We help U.S. healthcare providers streamline billing, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursements. We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to join our night-shift team and help expand our client base.

Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on outbound B2B sales to U.S. healthcare practices, clinics, and providers. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, present our medical billing and RCM services, and close deals. This is a full-time, on-site night-shift role aligned with U.S. business hours.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
