UForce Solutions, based in Lahore, seeks a driven B2B Sales Representative for night shifts, targeting U.S. healthcare practices. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, present our medical billing and RCM services, and close deals on-site.

Requirements include 1–2+ years in B2B sales, strong English communication, and experience with cold calling. Training will be provided and growth opportunities are available within a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in B2B sales, preferably in services, outsourcing, SaaS, or healthcare-related industries.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills (clear American accent preferred).
• Proven experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Identify decision-makers at healthcare practices and engage them in meaningful conversations.
• Understand client pain points related to billing, denials, cash flow, and revenue cycle management.
• Present UForce Solutions’ medical billing and RCM services clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify opportunities, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule demos/meetings and collaborate with internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and pipeline status in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
