Cornerstone Medical Solutions is hiring confident and experienced Cold Callers for our US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management campaign. This is a full-time, office-based night-shift role in Lahore, requiring outbound calling to US clinics and healthcare providers.

You will make outbound calls, introduce our services, handle objections, and aim to meet daily targets. Competitive commission and training on US Medical Billing are offered to help you grow in healthcare sales.

Formación

• Previous outbound cold calling, telesales or lead generation experience preferred.
• Experience on a US Medical Billing or RCM campaign is strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and handling objections.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to doctors, clinics and healthcare providers across the USA.
• Introduce our Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management services to prospects.
• Communicate with front-desk staff and decision-makers to understand needs.
• Identify billing issues such as AR backlog, denials and unpaid claims.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect's current billing situation and needs.
• Handle objections professionally and follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Meet daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
