Job summary

Nestlé S.A. Islamabad Zonal Sales Office is seeking a Sales Operations professional to support regional sales management through timely reporting, order processing, payments and claims, ensuring effective communication between sales force, other departments and distributors.

You will prepare sales reports, reconcile data, coordinate payments and claims, circulate budgets and trade promotions, and help the sales team with RSF and market shares, while adhering to Nestlé's policies and the NCE

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or related business field.
1–2 years of relevant Sales Operations experience.
Ability to understand business dynamics and processes.

Responsibilities

Timely collection and planning of orders & coordination for payments from all regions/Distributors in line with objectives.
Prepare timely sales reports and analysis; maintain sales history of regions/zone and distributors.
Monthly reconciliation of sales data with region/zonel reports.
Coordinate with regions/Distributors for submission of claims, settlement & clearance certificates per SOP.
Circulate the TTS budget and trade promotions to the sales team; compile TTS spending and reporting.
Assist Sales team with reporting sales analysis, RSF, and sales volume shares as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology.
