Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills required.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate sales orders and follow up on timely deliveries.
• Support distributors with claims, payments, and required documentation.
• Track and report Trade Term Support (TTS) spending.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
